INRADIO SELECTS SNOCAP TO ENABLE LICENSED MUSIC THROUGH BRANDED MEDIA PLAYERS

SNOCAP will provide InRadio's new third party services with music from its digital registry

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and MINNEAPOLIS, MN - June 21, 2006
SNOCAP, the first end-to-end provider of digital licensing and copyright management services for the digital music marketplace, today announced that it will provide backend technology for "imp," a new business-to-business music service set to launch this summer. Designed by InRadio, an innovative developer of third party branded media players, the platform will expose fans to new music via the delivery of free promotional tracks and promote the online sale of music by artists to their fans. SNOCAP's vast digital registry of licensed music will provide content to a network of media players powered by the new platform.

InRadio's innovative service is a white label solution for online publishers, academic institutions and other organizations. The new platform will enable InRadio's partners to connect music fans with a full breadth of quality content, hand-selected by their peers. InRadio will also launch an InRadio-branded player focusing on independent music for its own base of subscribers. Users of the new music service will be able to sample promotional tracks, purchase music and stay connected with their favorite artists.

"SNOCAP's registry will empower our partner organizations with a way to easily market and distribute digital music content to their communities," said Dan Carroll, founder and chief executive officer of InRadio, Inc. "Through our relationship with SNOCAP, music fans will be able to easily access a more extensive library of songs and connect with emerging and established artists."

"InRadio's service holds great promise for both artists and their labels, who are continually seeking new ways to reach new fans," said Rusty Rueff, chief executive officer of SNOCAP. "InRadio is a great example of the innovative models for content distribution that are emerging in the digital music landscape, beyond peer-to-peer, that we at SNOCAP are committed to developing and growing. The InRadio team's passion for being on the cutting-edge of music is contagious and will surely carry over to music lovers."

To provide content, SNOCAP partners with leading labels, music aggregators and new artists from across the globe. SNOCAP has deals that bring in content from over two thousand independent labels, including Nettwerk Records, TVT Records and Beggars Group, and music aggregators such as IRIS Distribution, Independent Online Distribution Alliance, and Digital Rights Agency. To increase participation by new and unsigned independent artists, SNOCAP has updated its registry with a host of new features, including paperless online content registration.
